2. What is your Cancellation Policy?
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a session or you will be billed the full fee. In an emergency or unexpected situation and you are not able to give 24 hours notice, please contact me as soon as you are able and I will take your circumstances into consideration. If you are logistically prevented from keeping your appointment but would like to keep you session, we may consider a phone or secure web session.
3. What about Inclement Weather?
I will contact you if I have to close my office due to current or probably inclement weather--there is no fee charged for your scheduled appointment if I close the office due to inclement weather. If my office remains open and you do not feel safe traveling to my office due to inclement weather conditions please refrain from traveling. Your safety takes precedence over the Cancellation Policy (i.e., you will not be billed the session fee for canceling due to inclement weather). I do still ask that you contact me as soon as you are able. We may consider a phone or secure web session instead.
